Position Summary :

The Thrift Store Sales Clerk is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, processing donations, stocking merchandise, and assisting with sales transactions. This role is ideal for someone friendly, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet customers, provide assistance, and deliver exceptional customer service
• Process and record sales
• Sort, clean, price, and prepare items for display
• Stock shelves, racks, and displays while ensuring merchandise is organized and visually appealing
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing donations
• Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and backroom areas
• Follow store policies, safety guidelines, and inventory procedures
• Help identify valuable or unique items and ensure accurate pricing
• Support field team members and contribute to a positive work environment
