Zayo is seeking two FP&A Analysts to play a key role in driving data-informed financial planning, analysis, and insights that support Zayos Commercial and Go-To-Market business segments.

This is an exciting opportunity for finance professionals who bring strong FP&A fundamentals and are equally passionate about data analytics, automation, and visualization. Youll leverage tools like Power BI, Tableau, and OneStream to transform data into insights that guide executive decisions and shape Zayos strategic growth.

Preference for candidates based in the Denver, CO metro area (hybrid, 23 days / week). Remote candidates within the U.S. will be considered.

What Youll Do :

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports for SG&A and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) in a Zero-Based Budgeting framework.
• Perform financial analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate business performance and identify key drivers.
• Prepare and deliver clear, insightful presentations of financial and operational results to leadership.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects tied to company initiatives and growth priorities.

What Youll Bring :

Estimated base pay range : $77,100 - $90,000 USD / annually

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non-sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
