About the Role
The Academy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Registrar to manage all aspects of student academic records and data integrity under the direction of the Principal. This pivotal role oversees the accurate and confidential maintenance of cumulative student and faculty / staff records, manages the Academy’s Student Information System (currently Rediker / AdminPlus), and plays a central role in academic operations, including master schedule creation, course registration, academic calendar coordination, transcript generation, and compliance reporting.
The Registrar serves as the primary resource for data reporting, system training, and records-related policy development, and collaborates closely with administrators, counselors, faculty, and parents to ensure accurate, timely, and secure academic information. This position is full-time, 12 months, and requires the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines, maintain meticulous data accuracy, and support academy-wide processes with care and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Student Records Management & Data Integrity
- Maintain, audit, and archive accurate and confidential student and employee records.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry across all SIS modules
- Manage and troubleshoot the SIS (AdminPlus, PlusPortals, GradeBook) and serve as the primary point of contact for daily support.
- Collaborate with Admissions and the Business Office on enrollment and withdrawal processes.
Academic Scheduling & Course Management
Create and publish the master schedule and academic calendar in coordination with administration and academic leadership.Process course registrations, schedule changes, and year-end rolloverPartner with School & College Counseling on course loads and schedule adjustmentsReporting, Transcripts & Compliance
Generate transcripts, report cards, verifications, and compliance reportsTrack graduation requirements and resolve data discrepanciesCompile, analyze, and prepare data for internal reporting, external agencies, and recurring surveysSystem Administration, Training & Policy
Train staff, students, and parents on SIS use and data protocolsDocument and maintain registrar-related procedures and recommended workflow improvements.Other Responsibilities
Support academy-wide events and cross-department initiativesProvide occasional Main Office or classroom / study coverage, as neededAnnually, work with the book vendor and coordinate a limited number of student book ordersParticipate in committees, meetings, and professional development opportunitiesQualifications
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree3+ years of experience in an administrative, data, records, or systems-focused roleDemonstrated experience managing structured data in a database or enterprise system environmentHigh proficiency in Google Workspace toolsMeticulous attention to detail and excellent judgment with confidential informationAbility to work collaboratively and respectfully with diverse individuals and groupsPreferred Qualifications
Experience with Rediker systems and / or independent schoolsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.A detailed job description will be provided to candidates during the interview process.
Salary Range : $65,000 - $75,000
