SOSi is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Charleston, SC. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency.

Essential Job Duties :

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
• Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key accomplishments, challenges, and next steps.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
