Schedule : Full Time : Monday-Friday
Location : Waco, Texas - 90% remote
Salary : $86,551.65 - $120,648.10 per year

Responsibilities

Lead reporting for data analysis teams and projects writing queries and functional reporting design documents.

Identify data trends, make recommendations for improvement, design and implement projects requiring systems integration, small teams and multiple technical platforms.

Determine and map existing business processes / functions and recommend changes to align to integrated systems.

Coordinate across functional and data teams to ensure consistency and optimization of the overall work product. Suggest solutions, improvements, and efficiencies in data quality and management.

Mentor the work of less experienced analysts.

Assume a proactive role in driving improvement activities to achieve department and organizational goals to deliver value.

Support and maintain reporting regarding all charge capture activities including CDM maintenance and workflows to clinical departments

Review and reconcile charges from clinical documentation, surgical logs, and nursing records to ensure accurate assignment of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM codes.

Requirements

Education :

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's

degree / Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific

experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Additional Preferences

3-5+ years of work within revenue integrity, revenue cycle operations, revenue cycle informatics, surgical nursing, or hospital coding preferred.
