Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines, as well as experience in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop and optimize CNC programs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any programming or machine issues to ensure smooth and efficient production
  • Perform regular maintenance and calibration of CNC machines to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Continuously monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and productive working environment
  • Train and mentor junior CNC operators on programming and machine operation techniques
  • Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in CNC technology to suggest and implement process improvements

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC programming is preferred
  • Hass CNC Mills and / or Lathes experience is REQUIRED
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming, setup, and operation
  • Proficiency in CAD / CAM software and G-code programming
  • Strong understanding of machining principles and processes
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
