Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Proficient with Google Suites or related software. Must have valid drivers license and insurance. We drug test.

Power Cross Ministry is seeking baseball coaches to disciple and develop young men ages 7-14 in baseball and life this Fall Development Season!
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
Support and Assist your Head Coach & Baseball Director in all of the following areas :
- Ensure that all assistant coaching positions are filled with competent and properly trained coaches.
- Organize coaches’ meetings at the beginning of each season to review expectations, guidelines, and rules of play.
- Coordinating with the Director about the scheduling of games and practices.
- Create and Provide Team Practice Agendas weekly, present to coaches and make sure the agenda action plan is completed.
- Work with the Director of Discipleship to complete weekly Huddles with your team.
- Attend weekly Bible Study with your team.
Required Skills / Abilities :
Coaches will be hired to serve both the Statesville, NC Power Cross Campus.
