Remote Health Coach (MUST HAVE BACHELORS DEGREE)

Job duties :

Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to employees of companies who have enrolled / partnered with Health Coaching. The health coaching is used to help employees reach their health and wellness goals and to lower their insurance premiums.

This is a telephonic role. 8 hours / day on the phone. 30 min lunch and 2 15 min breaks.

working with members to keep them accountable on health and wellness. Holistic wellness approach.

training for 3 week. can't miss during training at all. training is 8am-4 : 30 or 8 : 30-5pm. Web Based through MS Teams.

while on contract outside of training contractors can only miss 3 days.

Must be flexible to work hours / schedule that fall Mon-Fri 7am-8pm. Schedule will be a set schedule and they will get it the 2nd week of training. They will also have to work 1 saturday per month from 8am-4 : 30pm. When they work that Sat they will have a day off during the week
