As a Cloud Solutions Architect (M&A), you will lead the technical integration and transformation of newly acquired companies into our cloud ecosystem. Youll work at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and executionpartnering with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Architect Cloud Solutions : Design scalable, secure, and repeatable cloud architectures aligned with business goals and M&A strategies.

Lead Technical Assessments : Identify gaps, define target states, and develop roadmaps for cloud transformation.

Drive Integration : Extend enterprise capabilities to acquired companies, including operating model alignment and deployment strategies.

Modernize Infrastructure : Champion cloud-native technologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI / CD pipelines, and automation.

Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with Development, Product, and Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless cloud adoption.

Optimize & Automate : Evaluate and streamline processes, handoffs, and workflows using automation and modern tooling.

Influence Strategy : Provide thought leadership on cloud governance, architecture best practices, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Cloud Expertise : 4+ years in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments

DevOps & Automation : Hands-on experience with tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Octopus Deploy, Salt, or Fabric

Networking Know-How : Solid understanding of TCP / IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancing, SDWAN, and routing

Resilience Engineering : Experience designing High Availability and Disaster Recovery (HA / DR) solutions, including multi-region active / active setups

M&A Experience : Proven ability to work with acquired companies and align them with enterprise cloud strategies

Soft Skills : Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Additional Qualifications a Plus :

Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services)

Familiarity with Well-Architected Frameworks and multi-tenant architecture

Passion for learning and staying ahead of cloud trends
