Proposal Manager

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the development and delivery of major proposals within the critical infrastructure market. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team in developing complex proposals and maintain high decision-making authority Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members and manage stakeholder relationships Optimize proposal processes and ensure quality deliverables through various proposal reviews and workshops Required Qualifications Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Approximately 12+ years of progressive proposal management experience Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in the AEC industry, particularly with large program management proposals Professional registration or certification in proposal management is desired
