Job Description

Manage workers' compensation claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Review and analyze documentation related to claims, including medical records and incident reports. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, insurance providers, and legal representatives regarding claims. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims and related correspondence. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims. Provide guidance on workers' compensation policies and procedures to employees and management. Monitor claims for potential issues and resolve disputes in a professional manner. Prepare reports and analysis on claims trends and provide recommendations for improvements.
