Location :  Lawrenceville, GA (Center-Based)

Caseload : 6-8 clients (ages 1-6)

Billable Hours : 25 hours per week

  • $1,500 in annual budget for conferences and professional development

    • Work Life Balance

  • Therapy Hours : 8 : 30am – 4 : 00pm, Monday-Friday (no travel or weekends)
  • Flexible Schedule : Up to 4 remote workdays per month
  • Time Off : 25 paid days off, including 15 days of PTO and 10 paid holidays
  • Parental Leave : 6 weeks paid + 6 weeks unpaid (birth / adoption)

    • Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a clinical setting.
  • Expertise in the development, implementation and oversight of comprehensive programming for children diagnosed with ASD.
  • Confidence and enthusiasm in promoting the principles of ABA to caregivers and staff.
  • A passion for developing communication skills in early learners.
  • Understanding of Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and Discrete Trail Teaching (DTT).
  • A humble, collaborative and solution-based approach to problem-solving.
  • Love of learning and a proactive approach to integrating evidence-based techniques.
  • Confidence, personal humility, and a demonstrated history of teamwork.

    Detailed Compensation Overview

    We offer transparent, scalable compensation that rewards quality care and professional growth :

  • Level 1 :   Base Salary : $80K–$90K / / Total Potential Earnings : $98K–$108K
  • Level 2 :   Base Salary : $85K–$96K / / Total Potential Earnings : $103K–$120K
  • Level 3 :   Base Salary : $92K–$108K / / Total Potential Earnings : $110K–$126K

    • Salary is determined by experience and caseload responsibilities.
