A company is looking for a Service Desk Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of incidents and service requests from customers
Answer inbound customer service calls and emails while maintaining communication quality
Coordinate incident investigation and escalate to appropriate support teams
Required Qualifications
University Degree or Technical / Vocational Certification in Computing, Electronics, or related IT field
Ability to work a shift schedule
Willingness to commit and grow
Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus
Understanding of ITSM tools and ITIL best practices is desirable
