Location : SKNRGY Aesthetics Schedule : Sunday–Wednesday (Must be available Sundays) Position Type : Part Time / Full-Time

Position Overview :

The ideal candidate embodies professionalism, warmth, and a passion for aesthetics. This hybrid role blends front desk coordination, clinical support, and social media engagement, offering the opportunity to be part of every step of the client journey. You’ll play a key role in delivering an elevated, seamless experience for every guest while supporting SKNRGY’s continued growth. The right individual maintains a polished, uniform appearance and confidently represents the refined, modern aesthetic that defines our brand.

Responsibilities :

Greet, check in, and manage appointments for patients

Deliver outstanding customer service and support providers during treatments

Administer B12 injections and assist with patient care

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment aligned with our brand aesthetic

Help capture and assist with social media content (photos, videos, posts)

Manage daily front desk and administrative tasks

Support business growth through excellent patient experiences and professional communication

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical or clinical setting (required)

Medical spa or aesthetics experience (highly preferred)

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Must be available Sunday–Wednesday (availability on Sunday is required)

Professional, well-groomed, and polished appearance that reflects the SKNRGY brand

Passion for aesthetics, patient care, and wellness
