As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate with teams to create innovative solutions, support new and existing features across multiple applications, and serve as a subject matter expert for Spectrum programs and systems.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Design UX and UI deliverables to support product requirements
- Bring proven knowledge of user-centered design (UCD) process methods to digital applications from concept to launch
- Design information architecture and wireframes that both meet business goals and ensure a positive user experience
- Bring proven knowledge of new design techniques
- Partner with the wider design team to drive cross-platform consistency
- Modify, enhance, and implement design specifications and assets suitable for implementation
- Organize files and follow all established design patterns when applicable
- Responsible for design and wireframe reviews and brainstorming sessions to help solve problems
- Work within cross-functional team to understand expectations, priorities, and necessary deliverables
- Work with design team leadership to contribute to and define application of design system for platform specific componentry and patterns

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Design / Art / HCI / Media / Related Field, or equivalent experienceExperience
5+ years of digital design experience2+ years of experience with basic prototyping and interface design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, Invision, Zeplin, Axure, etc.)Experience with project estimationExperience with planning and facilitating user research and usability testsSkills
