Preconstruction Estimator (Commercial Construction)
Murrieta, CA | On-site Only
140,000–$170,000 base + 10–20% bonus

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a strategic partner in the early phases of commercial construction projects
- Prepare conceptual and detailed cost estimates from design through final bid
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documentation to establish project scope
- Perform quantity takeoffs and solicit bids from subcontractors and suppliers
- Identify value engineering opportunities and constructability options
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers during design development
- Support scheduling, phasing, and logistics planning during preconstruction
- Develop and present budgets, proposals, and client-facing presentations
