• Schedule : Monday - Friday, Hybrid
• Shift : 7 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm OR 6 : 00am to 3 : 00am
• Occasional On Call Support - Remote

The Position

Staffing Consultants source, recruit and hire top-notch healthcare providers all across the nation. As a Staffing Consultant, you will understand our client's needs and develop staffing strategies to hire the quality candidates Ro Health is known for and then manage them while on assignment. We are looking for individuals who want to move beyond the role of a Staffing Consultant. We want to develop people for the next level of leadership in a growing startup. Ro Health is looking for a high-performing, self-starting, relationship builder to work in a Staffing Consultant position. The Staffing Consultant functions in a critical and dynamic role focused around sales, recruitment, account management, customer service and operations. Staffing Consultants work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-environment committed to serving the most vulnerable populations in our communities while pursuing personal and professional development.
