Key Responsibilities Lead the problem-solving process and manage the engagement team, overseeing analyses and deliverables Manage overall project goals by balancing client and colleague input Act as a trusted advisor to clients while coaching and mentoring junior staff Qualifications and Desired Skills At least 10 years of experience with healthcare providers on financial performance improvement initiatives, including 4+ years in management Experience in workforce / labor productivity assessments and implementations is required Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH) Strong entrepreneurial drive and passion for improving healthcare delivery Advanced skills in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
