Shift : 6 : 30 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from last 4 years.

Requirements :

50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and / or Dignity.

Driver’s license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles

Common diagnoses / Types of patients : Medical, surgical, and orthopedics

Maximum days off : 7 days

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
