This is an entry level position and you can get your HAZWOPER and confined space certifications with us!

Job Purpose

Provide hazardous materials and decontamination services in the semi-conductor industry involving chemicals, gases, industrial waste, asbestos, lead, and mold. This is a specialized service that we provide to our clients.  We will train you.  However, you must follow specific directions, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and follow all safety procedures, work well in a team environment, perform tasks efficiently and follow directions.

Essential Functions

Must be able to work with various hand tools and powered tools safely and effectively, lifting devices and material movers.

Must be able to work from heights, in confined spaces, in hot / cold environments and under adverse conditions.

Must be able to occasionally work nights and weekends.

Hard working and willing to learn.

Firm knowledge of safety processes relative to manufacturing.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The incumbent occasionally lifts heavy objects, walks, and stands for extended periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.

The employee lifts, pushes, pulls, or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. The position requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs.

This is a full-time position. This position occasionally requires long hours, holidays, and weekend work.

Required Education and Experience

40-hour HAZWOPER a plus.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Must be able to complete a physical with emphasis on lungs due to respirator use.

High School education, GED or equivalent.

Speak and read English is a requirement.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Must possess or obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license before employment.

Bilingual is a plus
