Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• Identify and help to develop strategic relationships with new and existing clients
• Work to identify business opportunities by prospecting and conducting research
• Follow latest industry developments, research market trend and stay up-to-date on competitors
• Provide key market intelligence based on interactions with clients, prospects, and other market players
• Populate and update relevant data in the designated customer relationship management system
• Conducts space tours
• Assist with the preparation of market surveys
• Assist with the preparation of financial and non-financial analysis
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategy and plans
• Assist with lease reviews
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

The annual salary target for this job in this market is $55,000-$65,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position. Outside of base compensation there are opportunities for commission. The compensation above is not representative of an employee's total compensation.
