Integrity RV Parts Company is seeking a customer-focused team player to join our team as a Parts Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent service. Additionally, you should be willing to take on other assignments as needed to support department goals and contribute to overall team success.
Qualifications :
- Work experience in the RV industry preferred
- A passion for engaging with and helping customers via phone and email
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Parts department experience very helpful, but not required
- Basic mechanical comprehension is a must
- At least one year of Customer Service experience required
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks to completion
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer skills, intermediate level, including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Work independently while enjoying the benefits of being a member of a team
