Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking a motivated Life Customer Service Representative professional to join our team. The position requires the person to :

• Work effectively with agents, policyholders, and associates at all levels.
• Communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
• Make computer inquiries and entries relating to policyholder accounts.
• Communicate effectively with agents and others as needed to research problems and find solutions.
• Prioritize and organize work to ensure it is completed in a timely manner.
• Regular and predictable attendance in meeting a defined work schedule.
• Accurately and effectively respond to agents and policyholders on more advanced policy features, coverages, and procedures.
• Determine and obtain information, while applying good judgment in making decisions, when working tasks through the servicing process.
