The Project Manager will lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across the organization, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and aligned with business goals. This role requires a combination of analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams, streamline processes, and support leadership decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Strategic Planning : Collaborate with leadership to define long-term plans, identify key priorities, and monitor progress toward organizational goals.
• Analytical & Problem Solving : Conduct financial analysis, evaluate ROI on initiatives, and develop comprehensive presentations to support findings and recommendations.
• Communication & Coordination : Facilitate clear communication and accountability among leadership, teams, and stakeholders.
• Project Management : Lead key projects and initiatives, develop project plans, track milestones, monitor progress, and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Organizational Effectiveness : Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, implement best practices, and promote cross-departmental collaboration.
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the organization professionally in meetings and events.
• Confidentiality & Discretion : Handle sensitive information with discretion, exercising sound judgment and maintaining high ethical standards.
