Order-to-Cash Solution Lead

The Order-to-Cash Solutions Lead is responsible for supporting and improving the SAP end to end revenue cycle platform at Morton Salt, specifically within the Order-to-Cash domain. This includes configuration and end-to-end process support for customer master data, order management, inventory, shipping, billing, and accounts receivable.

Job Summary

This role involves close collaboration with IT colleagues and business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, and translate them into clear, scalable technical specifications. The position also functions as a “player-coach” — helping to establish architectural best practices, reviewing technical deliverables, and continually developing new skills in support of a high-performing team.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for :

• Designing, configuring, testing, and supporting enterprise applications related to the Order-to-Cash process.
• Ensure that OTC solutions support business needs in areas like order processing, shipping, billing, and cash collection.
• Collaborating with business users to document current processes and recommend improvements.
• Supporting day-to-day operations in SAP ECC 6.0 while contributing to future ERP transformation efforts.
• Establish and enforce SAP architecture standards, policies, and best practices.
• Providing functional expertise in areas such as order management, pricing, rebates, and master data.
• Designing and supporting integrations with external systems and platforms.
• Delivering end-user training and promoting best practices.
• Supporting cross-functional processes across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing domains.
