Our work directly impacts how businesses leverage their data for critical insights and advancements. AS A CONTRACT DIRECTOR, GLOBAL EQUITY ADMINISTRATION / GLOBAL STOCK ADMINISTRATOR, YOU WILL :
- Oversee the administration of the company’s equity plans for all employees (ISOs / NQs, RSUs / PSUs & ESPP)
- Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate taxation and timely recording of equity transactions
- Provide support for domestic and international tax reporting and filings, including global mobility
- Collaborate with Payroll, Global Mobility and our outside tax provider to ensure our mobile population is accurately tracked and proper tax allocation is applied to their transactions
- Ensure compliance with international reporting requirements (including mobility)
- Management of our third-party equity administration platform (Fidelity)
- Audit and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and yearly equity roll-forward
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Payroll, HR, Tax, and Treasury, as well as external service providers
- Respond to equity related inquiries from employees
- Take a leading role in developing our employee education to support understanding of the company’s equity plans and policies
- Maintain best practices with respect to SOX controls, governing stock plan documents and applicable processes to ensure accurate and timely processing of equity award data
- Prepare Section 16 filings (Forms 3 / 4 / 5) and track beneficial ownership
- Create, update, and maintain stock plan procedural documents as needed
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE :
Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification strongly preferred7+ years of prior experience in equity administration for a U.S.-based multinational public companyExperience (3+ years) leading and managing a team a plusExcellent communication skillsPrior experience with Fidelity strongly preferredExperience leading equity training sessions and presentationsProficiency in MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skillsExperience with various SEC forms and filingsUnderstanding of US federal and state taxation, and general global taxation of equity transactionsStrong organizational and project management skills with experience in process improvementExcellent business judgement and attention to detailCompensation :
