Job Description :

We are looking for a reliable Operations Processor to support routine operational tasks within an established procedures framework. This role is part of a pilot program and requires dedication and a willingness to learn. Candidates with prior operations support experience are preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform routine operational support tasks with supervision and guidance.

Seek opportunities to improve individual work processes.

Communicate effectively with client personnel on basic operational information.

Escalate questions and issues to supervisors as needed.

Qualifications :

• months of experience in operations support, or equivalent training or education.

Strong work ethic and reliability.

Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction.
