Chief Financial & Legal Officer

We are looking for a new team member to join our Holycode Crew as a Chief Financial & Legal Officer. If you have previous experience as a CFO, Head of Finance or similar positions, preferably for a Software Services or an IT Company, you are passionate about your job, a positive & solution oriented personality, who works based on data and is willing to actively shape the values of our company.

Challenging things you'll work on :

• Creating, overseeing and improving the budgets of all our entities (currently 6)
• Supporting the individual Finance Teams in a Matrix organisation
• Supporting the remaining entities in the transition to the ERP system of our choice (Microsoft BC)
• Creating the Data foundation for decisions in the management
• Benchmarking our performance
• Reviewing and improving the legal set-up of our entities
• Responsible in contract negotiations with the focus on the legal aspect
• Improving our Intercompany Set-up
