We are seeking a customer-focused Billing Specialist to join our team! As a billing specialist you will be responsible for updating customer billing data, answering client questions, invoicing clients, managing client subscriptions, and providing general client support, as needed. Each billing specialist has a range of responsibilities they are expected to complete daily while providing excellent customer service.

This job is fast-paced, complex, and requires a steady focus with intuitive software skills and the ability to learn new, non-linear concepts quickly. The perfect candidate for this role will be a great communicator, fast-learner, self-motivated, and ready to take on each new challenge with a positive attitude.

Reporting to the Billing Manager, you will work out of our brand new office in Largo, FL!

What does the job entail?

• Resolve client billing needs and inquiries in a timely manner
• Processing payments and refunds for customers.
• Documenting all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
• Reporting as required by management.
• Assisting with special projects assigned by management as needed
