We are actively seeking a Marketing Technology And Operations Sr. Manager. The role will report directly to the Sr. Director, Marketing Operations. The Marketing Technology And Operations Sr. Manager will be based in the US and may work from a remote office.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Technology And Operations Sr. Manager with a deep specialization in Marketing Technology to architect, optimize, and govern our global MarTech ecosystem. This strategic role will partner with marketing, IT, and business stakeholders to design scalable systems, automate workflows, and enable personalization, data governance, and compliance. The ideal candidate brings a systems-thinking approach, deep technical knowledge of modern marketing architecture, and a passion for operational scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Technology Architecture & Strategy

• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of the end-to-end marketing technology ecosystem.
• Map marketing business goals to platform capabilities, ensuring tech stack alignment with strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain a scalable architecture integrating customer data platforms (CDPs), marketing automation, CRMs, Social Media Management, tag management, consent management, and content platforms.
• Own the marketing systems roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional partners on platform selection, deployment, and optimization.
