Position Overview :

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the technology sector. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting senior bankers in executing transactions and providing strategic advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support transaction execution and strategic advisory services.
  • Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials for client meetings.
  • Perform industry research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
  • Assist in the due diligence process, including reviewing financial statements, conducting market research, and coordinating with other advisors.
  • Support senior bankers in managing client relationships and executing transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial advisory services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the technology sector and relevant market developments.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field, with a focus on the technology sector.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated interest in the technology sector and a passion for working with innovative companies.
