We offer an extremely competitive base salary with quarterly bonus incentives and a value based model of care that allows you more time with your patients (max 12-15 / day- 500 / 600 panel). Our physicians enjoy work / life balance with M-F outpatient only practice, and a collaborative approach to medicine with a team of professionals including NP / PA's, Pharmacist, Social Workers, Behavioral Health Specialist, RN's, Care Coaches, Certified MA's, Referral Specialists, Certified Coders, and experienced Administrative staff.
