Job Title : Accounts Payable Coordinator

Location : Anchorage, AK

Employer : TDL Staffing

Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Pay : Starting at $26 per hour, depending on experience

A healthcare facility in Anchorage is urgently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. This role is responsible for validating and processing supplier invoices and employee expense reports, performing invoice matching, and electronically routing documents for approval.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

Process accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness
Match purchase orders to invoices and resolve discrepancies
Maintain records and documentation in accordance with company policy
Prepare internal reports related to payroll and accounts payable
Reconcile bank statements and assist with general ledger tasks
Perform data entry and maintain 10-key accuracy
Provide back-up coverage for receptionist duties as needed

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience

Strong knowledge of accounting principles

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Background will be viewed
