Are you a detail-driven leader with a passion for automotive program management? MMI Engineered Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead Stellantis program activities from concept through launch. Join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge solutions to one of the world's top automotive OEMs.

What You'll Do

As our Automotive Program Manager (Stellantis) , you'll be the primary liaison between MMI and Stellantis Engineering & Quality teams. You'll manage APQP processes, ensure seamless communication, and drive program performance to meet critical milestones.

Key responsibilities :

  • Lead Stellantis APQP, design, development, and launch activities.
  • Interface directly with Stellantis teams using Teamcenter and Auros platforms.
  • Track and coordinate tooling, fixtures, gauges, and engineering outsourcing.
  • Monitor project expenses to ensure alignment with customer purchase orders.
  • Develop and maintain APQP forms, processes, and work instructions.
  • Support special projects tied to Stellantis business development.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required)
  • Strong understanding of GD&T principles
  • Proven experience with Stellantis APQP metrics and milestone management
  • Proficiency in Stellantis systems (Teamcenter and Auros)
  • Outstanding communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage changing priorities with minimal supervision
