The WW Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail's customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple's products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.
The REMM Creative Production Group is looking for an exceptional Photography Post Producer. This role is focused on managing and optimizing the entire retouching pipeline, serving as the central hub for all requests, from intake and scheduling to asset delivery. The ideal candidate is flexible, self-motivated and highly collaborative. They are a problem solver with a demonstrated interest in new and innovative approaches.
Description
In this role responsibilities will include developing and refining end-to-end retouching workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks and building strong cross functional relationships. The Photography Post Producer will oversee sourcing and managing freelance retouchers and managed service vendors, clearly communicating project status to all stakeholders, and driving automations to improve imagery consistency and overall efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 10 years as a photography post producer within a brand studio or post production house.
Demonstrated experience producing complex photography projects from intake through final delivery.
Experience managing freelance production support eg., freelance retouching artists and managed service vendors including budget management from initial estimates to final invoicing.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated track record of successfully designing and implementing successful production workflows and operational processes.
Strong experience managing external vendors, including sourcing, negotiation and quality control.
Exceptional organizational skills, a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to make quick, quality decisions to keep projects moving forward.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
Proactive problem solver.
Excellent soft skills, able to navigate corporate culture.
Thrives in a team environment.
Creative agency or in-house brand experience preferred.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,600 and $274,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
