Our client is currently seeking a Senior ReactJS Developer

W2 only position. 100% onsite in Columbus, Ohio

NO C2C / NO THIRD PARTIES / No SPONSERSHIP / Only FULL TIME

Interview Process : 2 rounds / LIVE CODING / 5 Days ONSITE

Looking for strong React, Node.js, typescript

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering
  • Formal training or certification in software engineering principles
  • Proficiency in software design paradigms including object-oriented programming (OOP) and functional programming (FP)
  • Expertise in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and modern web technologies
  • Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms, especially AWS

  • Design, develop, and test software in a diverse technology environment
  • Apply a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Champion agile development methodologies and foster cross-functional collaboration
  • Drive continuous improvement in team processes, tooling, and delivery practices
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process and tool enhancements
  • Build scalable, high-performance platforms with a focus on rapid iteration and creative problem-solving
  • Ensure product quality through comprehensive testing strategies including unit, component, integration, and end-to-end tests
  • Follow architectural standards and adhere to risk management and security policies
  • Collaborate on open, standards-based solutions while integrating with existing enterprise infrastructure
