Position Summary :
The experienced senior successfully tackles larger and more complex engagements, and develops specialized technical expertise in one or more areas or industries. This role is responsible for implementing solutions, as well as actively identifying areas where we should be expanding services and providing additional value to each client. Expectations are to define and manage project economics, participate in discussions with clients about change orders, contribute to the learning and development of less experienced staff through mentorship, and actively participate in technical in-house trainings.

Technical Accounting Requirements :
- Proficient to expert in the following technical aspects that impact our technology client base : Revenue recognition (ASC 606) Accounting for complex financing arrangements (Debt / Equity) Business combinations International operations and consolidations Accounting for income taxes Accounting for equity incentives including stock options Accounting for leases
- Experience in drafting financial statements and preparing disclosures in accordance with US GAAP is required
- Demonstrated understanding of industries of Sensiba clients operate in such as Software, SaaS, Medtech, etc. and ability to apply that knowledge to risk assessment and audit approach
- Ability to perform and review detailed audit program steps for the specifics of the technical and industry of our clients

Maintain a high level of communication with clients to promote long-term working relationshipsDemonstrate high ethical and professional standardsMaintain understanding of client business activities and serviceReview all auditing and accounting compliance matters in relation to client in a productive and efficient mannerPrepare and be accountable for assignments and keep engagement team advised of assignment activityMaintain awareness of monthly budget targets and business performanceContinuous monitoring of engagement performance and emphasis on efficiency and value-added activitiesParticipate in preparation of proposals and budgets with managers and partnersIt is expected that you will : identify gaps in learning and review development plans regularly teach and attend ongoing training and development organized by the Firm hold and maintain relevant licenses / memberships maintain and improve current skills, keep abreast of financial trends and legislation meet minimum CPE requirementsStaff Management :
Facilitate work performed by team members to provide a high level of quality and service to clientsEnsure compliance with firm quality control procedures and client requirementsDevelopment of junior staff, including supervision, review of workpapers, and providing feedback on performanceRisk Management :
Comply with procedures relating to the Firm's Health, Safety and Risk Management practices to ensure safety and to minimize loss to the Firm
