About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization's fiscal health and compliance with regulations, as well as collaborating with executive leadership to align financial goals with overall objectives and drive sustainable growth. Key duties include overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis, and developing and implementing risk management strategies. The CFO will also be tasked with managing relationships with external stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting tools. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 8 years' experience in accounting or finance roles is required, with 10 years' experience being preferred. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and ERP systems, with experience in Vista being advantageous. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, guidelines, and risk management practices is essential, as is a proven track record of exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. The role also demands the ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans and initiatives, as well as a commitment to fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
