ABOUT THE ROLE :

Are you a strategic finance professional with a passion for analysis, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making? Orion180 is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our growing Finance Department. This leader will play a key role in driving financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and delivering analytical insights that support our company’s strategic initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role within a small, collaborative, and fast-paced team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

• Lead Financial Planning & Forecasting : Oversee and enhance annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, partnering closely with business intelligence and cross-functional teams.
• Develop Financial Models : Build and maintain detailed revenue, expense, and forecasting models using Vena and other financial tools.
• Reporting & Analysis : Prepare financial reports, including variance analyses, KPIs, and dashboards through Power BI within the Vena reporting platform.
• Strategic Insight : Analyze financial performance to provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for leadership decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with departments across the organization to ensure financial goals align with operational objectives.
• Support Business Growth : Contribute to major business initiatives such as geographic expansion, product diversification, and capital-raising activities.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline financial systems and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required. MBA, CPA, CPCU, or CFA preferred.

4+ years of FP&A experience, including 2+ years ina a leadership capacity.
