We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Field Sales Representatives to work under our Regional Sales Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, promote our products, and close sales with smoke shops and distributors within your assigned region. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Regions : West Coast, East Coast, Southern Region, Midwest, Northeast
Key Responsibilities :
Utilize provided lists of smoke shops, dispensaries and distributors to identify potential clients.
Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Demonstrate product features and benefits using samples and marketing materials.
Negotiate terms, answer questions, and address concerns to finalize agreements.
Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat orders.
Submit detailed weekly reports to the Regional Sales Manager, including updates on leads, sales activities, and progress towards targets.
Strive to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Compensation :
Earn a base commission rate of 5% on all sales, with tiered rates for higher sales volumes.
Monthly and quarterly bonuses based on achieving sales targets and additional sales milestones.
