Builder Sales Support Specialist

The process is simple! Our Builder Sales Support Specialists work hand-in-hand with our Builder Concierge team, helping prepare accounts for their security and smart home essentials installation. You'll also assist in reviewing new customer accounts and spot-checking for overall account health as well as helping to maintain the relationships with our builder partners. This role provides the benefit of developing strong professional communication skills while being an asset to the program as a whole.

The Responsibilities : Review and process new account creation & scheduling, verify builder purchase orders, customer interaction scheduling follow-up and appointment confirmations, demonstrating knowledge of our builder partners, working with our Builder Concierge Team to provide a seamless customer experience, efficiently and accurately consolidate data from multiple sources.
