Radd Network Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team in the telecommunication / broadband industry. As the key contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the life cycle of the sale. Position requires ability to work with little supervision; requires use of telephone and computer; exchange information verbally and in writing.
Typical Working Conditions
The person in this position will primarily work in our Green Bay office, working remotely possible for candidates not located in the Green Bay area. Normal working hours are Monday-Friday between 8 : 00am and 5 : 00pm, and unique hours are sometimes required during special events.

Nature of Supervision Received
Works under the general direction of the VP of Operations. Has discretionary authority within area of responsibility. Works independently within authority limits and experience level. Must establish priorities and independently set daily objectives to meet deadlines and address urgent situations as they occur.
Judgement Exercised / Decisions Made
Requires ability to comprehend and evaluate facts to arrive at decisions consistent with company standards and procedures. Thoroughness and accuracy are required to identify a problem and its solution when working with all parties involved.
Financial Responsibility
High attention to detail and accuracy when processing estimates / sales orders is required.
