About The Position
A leadership opportunity for an experienced Otolaryngologist to serve as Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT). The role focuses on overseeing clinical, academic, and administrative operations while advancing minimally invasive surgical techniques, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and contributing to research and education initiatives. This position is part of a transformative system-wide strategy dedicated to innovation and excellence.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide visionary leadership and direction for the ENT division.
- Oversee daily operations across clinical, academic, and administrative functions.
- Deliver high-quality patient care, specializing in advanced and minimally invasive ENT surgery.
- Collaborate with partner institutions to enhance interdisciplinary cancer care.
- Drive innovation in surgical practices using advanced robotic technology (Da Vinci Xi).
- Mentor and lead a team of surgeons and advanced practice providers.
- Develop research and educational initiatives in partnership with academic institutions.
- Promote access to care and reduce health disparities through community outreach.
- Manage guaranteed OR block time and support robust surgical volumes.
- Participate in a shared 1 : 4 call schedule, supported by APPs and hospitalists
