  • As a Cannabis Farm Worker , you’ll play a vital role in caring for our plants from veg to harvest, helping ensure top-tier quality from seed to sale.
  • This isn’t your typical desk job—expect fresh air (indoors!), hands-on work, and the satisfaction of helping grow something great every single day.

    • What You’ll Be Doing Get ready to dive into plant care and facility upkeep with responsibilities like :

  • ✂ Pruning, tucking, and training plants for optimal growth đŸŒ± Supporting plants through every stage of life—from veg to bloom to harvest 💧 Mixing and applying nutrients and other inputs đŸ§Œ Sanitizing rooms and equipment to keep everything clean and compliant 🔧 Helping with grow room setups and environmental controls ✂ Assisting with harvests and post-harvest prep đŸ§Ș Supporting R&D projects that push the plant game forward ✅ Jumping in to help the cultivation team wherever needed What You Bring to the Grow Age Requirement : Must be 21 years or older Education & Experience : High School Diploma or GED Prior experience in agriculture, horticulture, or cannabis cultivation is a plus If you’re hardworking and eager to learn, we’ll teach you the rest!

    • Physical Abilities To succeed in this role, you’ll need to :

  • Stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours / day) Perform repetitive hand movements (trimming, tucking, etc.) Lift and carry up to 50 lbs Occasionally climb, crouch, or crawl Have full color vision and visual acuity (plants don’t lie!) You’ll Thrive Here If You...

    • Love plants and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty Stay focused even with repetitive tasks Adapt quickly and go with the (nutrient) flow Work well in a team and communicate clearly Care about doing things the right way, every time Skills That’ll Make You Stand Out Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, labeling software) Strong time management and attention to detail Ability to follow SOPs and prioritize tasks Willingness to take feedback and continuously improve Passion for cannabis and cultivation best practices Work Environment Our grow is a controlled indoor environment where you’ll be exposed to :
