Seeking experienced Customer Service Representative for a high-volume call center in Poway!

• Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and follow-up calls, addressing a range of inquiries including prior authorizations, general questions, and confidential healthcare information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Accurately enter and update customer data across multiple systems and platforms.
• Maintain performance standards based on quality and accuracy, managing 50-100 calls per day depending on complexity.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA 92131.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 / hr.
