The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of having excellent time management skills, effective communication abilities, customer service experience, and must be able to pass a background check.

They thrive in a fast paced and a team oriented environment.

An individual who will do well in this position is self-oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable.

Comfortable working at the project site in Lancaster, CA.

Key Responsibilities / Skills

Manage and filing system

Issue and verify IDs for facilities access

Respond promptly and knowledgeably to employee requests for information and assistance

Properly route agreements, contracts, and invoices through the signature process

Assist in administrative activities as needed to ensure all input is accurate, compliant and timely

Work directly with other clerks to complete assigned tasks

Provide assistance to personnel, staff, or clients alike
