Summary :
The Medical Assistant will deliver competent and skilled care to patients and families as supervised and assigned by the RN / LVN and / or physician / nurse practitioner. The Medical Assistant will deliver competent care with a team orientated attitude and an emphasis on good customer relations and sound clinical judgment. This position floats to the various CCPN office locations as assigned. Eagerly adjusts to a variety of locations, quickly learning differing routines, procedures, and physician expectations. Role model for all staff, displaying strict adherence to all policies and procedures; impeccable judgement. Exhibits extraordinary dependability and adaptability. Extensive travel required. Skillfully and consistently performs daily clinical duties per established policy and procedure.
Education & Experience :
A Graduate of an accredited school of medical assisting.
1-year experience as a medical assistant in a pediatric outpatient care setting preferred.
Certification / Licensure :
Current AHA healthcare provider BLS.
Valid Texas driver's license and current Texas automobile liability insurance.
Current National MA certification - preferred.
Hours :
Monday to Friday : 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm (Depending on clinic assignment.)
Float position will travel to multiple CCPN clinics (Fort Worth & Prosper)
