Our customer, an AM Law 100 firm , is looking for a Commercial Transaction Counsel. The secondee will act as an attorney supporting the licensing and product counseling business.

Projected Start Date : September 15, 2025

Duration : 7 months, with the potential to extend

Location : Seattle, WA (Hybrid) / Remote (Must reside and be licensed in Washington)

Must-Haves

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the U.S.
• Strong transactional background.
• Experience in privacy and / or regulatory law.
• Ability to work independently with high judgment.
• Experience drafting, structuring, and negotiating technology and commercial agreements.
• Experience in product counseling for technology products.
• Familiarity with licensing matters.
• Experience providing regulatory advice for consumer technology.
