Client-Centric : Polished and professional with excellent relationship-building and communication skills. Operational Expertise : Skilled in managing budgets schedules and resources to achieve operational and financial goals. Nimble and Strategic : Adaptable in dynamic environments with a strong ability to set and communicate clear expectations. Education : Bachelors degree in Horticulture Landscape Architecture Business Administration or a related field preferred. Experience : 5 years in account management and operational leadership in landscape maintenance or a related industry. Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficient in managing crews and overseeing large-scale operations. Knowledge : Familiarity with Aspire software and roadside maintenance best practices. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred. Base Salary : (OTE : $100K) Incentives : Competitive bonus structure tied to performance. Position Overview
Bloom Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee a $4 million commercial landscape account in Miami FL with a focus on managing roadside landscaping for the Miami Expressway. This hybrid role combines account management and operational oversight including leading a 30-person crew. The ideal candidate is polished nimble and adept at setting clear expectations while building strong relationships with both clients and production teams.
This role is pivotal to ensuring seamless communication with a single point of contact (POC) managing large-scale roadside operations and driving client satisfaction and team performance in a dynamic environment.

Client and Account Management
