Visit us at Key Responsibilities- Execute and manage rough and finish carpentry tasks including framing, drywall installation, and trim work.- Lead job sites and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to GCB quality standards.- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specs.- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.- Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with all safety standards.- Eventually lead your own crew and mentor junior team members.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites.- Track materials, tools, and daily progress efficiently.- Represent the company professionally to clients and partners. Qualifications- Minimum 7 years of residential carpentry experience, with exposure to various trades.- Proven ability to lead on-site teams or projects.- Proficient in framing, drywall, finish carpentry, and trim installation.- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic.- Ability to read blueprints and take accurate measurements is required.- High school diploma or GED required.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
